Membership Fees

Senior | $370

Any person 19 years or over as at 1 January (current calendar year).

Family | $735

Must be a married, de facto couple or solo parent living at the same address as the children. Children must be under 19 years as at 1 January (current calendar year).

First Timer | $315

A player who has never been graded or belonged to another club. No activity in the last 5 years.

Couple | $630

Two senior players who are married or in a de facto relationship.

Junior | $100

Must be under 19 years as at 1 January (current calendar year).

Taster | $100

A one-off three month trial membership for new players. Not renewable and non-refundable. Players are not able to play interclub or tournaments and cannot receive a grade. Valid for 3 consecutive months from registration. Fee applies to junior and senior players.

*There is an additional $20 key fob charge for the taster membership which is refunded if returned in good condition. If you decide to continue your membership, $100 will be deducted from the cost. Membership will continue for a further 9 months.

You may join the club at any time throughout the year. All memberships except the taster will run for 12 months from the date of payment.

On payment of membership you will receive an electronic key fob which gives you 24-hour access to the club and activates the court lights. There is a $20 fee for any lost key fob as it will need to be de-activated and a new one assigned to you.

Memberships cannot be transferred or frozen, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the committee. The club is unable to issue membership refunds.

Renewals – memberships run on continuously from one year to the next. Near the end of your membership term you will be sent a reminder that your membership is about to expire and an invoice for membership will be sent for the subsequent year. If payment is not received by the due date your key fob will be de-activated.

In the reference fields you MUST put MEM and your name for membership payments MEM Joe Bloggs.

Memberships come with three (3) free visitor credits each year. If you bring a non-member to the courts for a game, you will need to use one of these credits each time to activate the lights. Once you have used your three credits, further credits can be purchased in lots of 5 for $50. Please transfer the money into the club account and put VIST Joe Bloggs as the reference.

Lost keys can be replaced at a charge of $20.00.
